No. While yoga can be a supportive wellness practice that may help reduce stress and promote relaxation, our yoga classes are not mental health treatment or psychotherapy. Our yoga instructor is not acting as a therapist during classes, and participation in yoga services does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
In many cases, yes. However, we recommend consulting with your physician or healthcare provider before participating if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about physical activity. Please inform your instructor of any limitations before class so modifications can be offered when possible. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to their bodies at all times.
By participating in classes or sessions, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and accept responsibility for your own participation. The Orchid Therapy Group LLC and its instructors are not liable for injuries that may occur during participation.
